4. Please pay attention to prevent foreign objects such as garbage and cutting chips from entering. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the ball circulation parts and loss of function.
5. Please avoid using it above 80℃. If you want to use it above 80℃, please contact our company.
6. Due to the different types of coolants, sometimes it may cause obstacles to the function of the product. When the coolant is used in an environment where the spline outer cylinder may enter, please contact our company.
7. When foreign matter such as garbage and saw powder adheres, please clean it first and then refill the lubricant.
8. When using in special environments such as places where vibration is often required, clean rooms, vacuum, low temperature or high temperature, please consult our company in advance.
9. When processing positioning pin holes on ball splines with flanges, please contact our company.
The second point, lubrication
1. Please wipe the anti-rust oil carefully and fill it with lubricant before use.
2. Please avoid mixing lubricants with different properties together.
3. When used in special environments such as places with frequent vibrations, clean rooms, vacuum, low temperature or high temperature, it may not be possible to use the usual lubricants. Please contact our company for details.
4. When using special lubricants, please contact our company in advance.
5. When using engine oil lubrication, sometimes it is possible that the lubricating oil cannot reach it due to the installation direction. Please contact our company for details.
6. The lubrication interval is only due to different conditions of use, please contact our company.
The third point, storage
When storing the ball spline, put it in the designated envelope and place it horizontally to avoid high temperature, low temperature and high humidity.
Fourth point, installation
Tolerance of the inner diameter of the support part
The fit between the spline outer cylinder and the support seat is usually over fit. When the accuracy of the ball spline is not high, clearance fit can be used.
