After proper heat treatment, a certain degree of toughness, plasticity and wear resistance can be obtained. Material source convenient. In order to better wear resistance and maintain excellent processing performance, the heat treatment of the ball screw is a very important step. Heat treatment process steps of ball screw:
Step 1: Put the screw rod into the medium frequency induction machine for quenching and heating;
Step 2: Put the screw rod into a group quenching furnace with nitrate for the second quenching;
Step 3: Put the screw rod into the forging equipment and perform hot pressing and straightening;
Step 4: Put the screw rod into the tempering box for tempering treatment;
Step 5: Check the size of the screw rod;
Step 6: Put the screw rod into the tempering box again for the second tempering treatment;
Step 7: Put the screw rod on the table in the washing machine for cleaning;
Step 8: Put the screw rod into the clamping body of the processing machine tool for mechanical processing;
Step 9: Put the processed screw rod at room temperature or higher temperature for aging treatment.
