How to install the ball screw support seat?
1. Do not disassemble the ball screw support seat
2. Be careful not to scratch the outer lip of the oil seal when inserting the ball screw to the support seat
3. After inserting the fixed end of the ball screw support seat, use the hexagon socket screw and copper washer to lock the nut
4. Assemble the support end bearing to the screw body, lock it with an elastic buckle, and place the assembled part on the support end shell
Installation step 2: Install to the sliding table and base
1. Temporarily fix the connecting block of the worktable and the ball screw with screws, temporarily fix the fixed end of the support base to the base, move the sliding table to the fixed end to center the screw, and adjust the center point of the screw to make the sliding table move smoothly. Shun.
2. When using the fixed end of the support base as a reference point, adjust the gap between the screw and the sliding table, or between the screw and the connecting block. When using the fixed end of the support base as a reference, the shaft height of the high-speed support base. (The support base is in square form)
3. Move the sliding table at the support end to center the screw, adjust the center point of the screw, move it to the left and right several times to check whether the sliding table moves smoothly, and temporarily fix the system on the base.
Installation Step 3: Determine the accuracy and final tight fit
After confirming that the clearance between the end of the screw rod and the shaft meets the tolerance, the sliding table, the connecting block, the fixed end and the supporting end are finally locked and fixed.
Installation step 4: connection with the motor.
1. Install the fixed end of the motor on the base
2. Connect the motor and the screw with a coupling (note: confirm the installation accuracy)
